Leaders Practitioner Group Supervision

Our practitioner supervision groups offer a safe, structured, and trauma-attuned space for professionals to come together, reflect, and strengthen their wellbeing and practice. Each group is facilitated by an experienced supervisor and brings together leaders who want to deepen their capacity to work safely, sustainably, and sensitively with people experiencing trauma.

Description

Our practitioner supervision groups offer a safe, structured, and trauma-attuned space for professionals to come together, reflect, and strengthen their wellbeing and practice. Each group is facilitated by an experienced supervisor and brings together leaders who want to deepen their capacity to work safely, sustainably, and sensitively with people experiencing trauma.

Guided by experienced supervisors, these small group sessions encourage thoughtful discussion, shared learning and professional connection. Supervision supports individuals to integrate knowledge into practice, strengthen ethical and safe responses, and sustain themselves in the meaningful work of supporting people impacted by trauma.
