Sector Specific Practice

This masterclass builds the knowledge and skills needed to work competently and confidently with transgender and gender diverse people, including non-binary individuals, who are accessing therapeutic and other services. Participants will explore the intersection of complex trauma, discrimination and minority stress, and how these experiences can shape health, wellbeing and engagement with services.

This training provides trauma-informed knowledge and practical skills for professionals working with individuals and families who have experienced domestic and family violence (DFV). Participants will develop a deeper understanding of complex trauma and how experiences of DFV can impact wellbeing, behaviour and relationships.

This training supports general practitioners and primary care providers to build trauma-informed awareness and strengthen their capacity to recognise complex trauma and its possible health presentations. Participants will explore how trauma can influence physical and mental health, and develop greater confidence in responding to trauma-related presentations within primary care settings.
