Our individual public supervision groups provide a supportive and confidential space for practitioners working with complex trauma to reflect on their practice, explore challenges and deepen trauma-attuned responses. Guided by experienced supervisors, these small group sessions encourage thoughtful discussion, shared learning and professional connection. Supervision supports practitioners to integrate knowledge into practice, strengthen ethical and safe responses, and sustain themselves in the meaningful work of supporting people impacted by trauma.

This program introduces the Secure Base Leadership framework and invites leaders to reflect on their role in creating environments where people feel safe, supported and able to do their best work. Participants will explore the importance of leadership self-awareness and wellbeing when supporting others, recognising that leaders play a critical role in shaping organisational culture.
