Leadership and Organisational Practice

This program introduces the Secure Base Leadership framework and invites leaders to reflect on their role in creating environments where people feel safe, supported and able to do their best work. Participants will explore the importance of leadership self-awareness and wellbeing when supporting others, recognising that leaders play a critical role in shaping organisational culture.

This program builds on the Secure Base Leadership framework introduced in the first session and takes a broader organisational lens to explore what it means to foster a trauma-informed culture. Participants will reflect on how leadership influences the creation of trauma-sensitive environments that support both clients and staff. The session explores the domains of a trauma-informed organisation and considers the elements required to create environments that support safety, connection and wellbeing.

Leading within complex systems requires an understanding of how trauma can shape people, relationships and organisational dynamics. This webinar explores trauma-responsive leadership and the role leaders play in fostering environments that support safety, trust and wellbeing. Participants will consider how trauma-aware leadership approaches can strengthen teams, support workforce sustainability and contribute to more responsive and supportive service systems.

This webinar explores the role of trauma-sensitive reflective practice in supporting safe, thoughtful and sustainable work with people impacted by trauma. Participants will consider how reflective practice can deepen understanding of complex trauma, strengthen professional insight and support more intentional responses in their work

Our individual public supervision groups provide a supportive and confidential space for practitioners working with complex trauma to reflect on their practice, explore challenges and deepen trauma-attuned responses. Guided by experienced supervisors, these small group sessions encourage thoughtful discussion, shared learning and professional connection.
